The three basic parts to the Daily Morning Ritual include:
Physical Exercise*
Mental Clearing Exercise
Nutritious Breakfast in the form of a Protein Shake*

In this video, I share EXACTLY what you need to do in order to be successful at implementing this routine into your life asap, and believe it or not, most of it you’ll be doing with your eyes closed … because the foundation for a successful Daily Morning Ritual (in addition to your commitment), is SLEEP! I share with you all of the reasons why making getting optimal sleep every night a priority is necessary for you to really live your best life. I’ll also tell you how to determine how much sleep you need to get.

And, I give you more specifics on the ingredients for a tasty, nutritious morning shake that will fill your engine with exactly what it needs to power through the beginning of the day. If the prospect of eating a shake for breakfast isn’t appetizing to you, consider that as an extra bonus, studies have found that people who replace at least one meal with a shake actually lose more fat and keep it off (as compared to people who don’t).
